Ryan Powell was born in Mishawaka, Indiana. He graduated from Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana in 2000 with a major in Christian Ministry. While there, he met the love of his life, Karen and they were married in December 2000.

He served as the youth pastor at Crossroads Missionary Church in Mendon, Michigan for three years. Following that I accepted the call into bi-vocational church planting in north-west Arkansas for three years. After that we moved to Elkhart, Indiana where he served as the senior pastor of the Osolo Missionary Church for five years. He then served as a part-time youth pastor at New Paris Missionary Church and eventually became the General Manager of a Fastenal store in Middlebury, Indiana.

During these years they were blessed to add four sons to their family - David, Caleb, Andrew and Micah. In December 2016 he joined the staff at Trinity. They look forward to getting to know and serving our Trinity Faith Family.
